When we select the Team MEMBERs, we do not take rush decisions. Careful analysis of work experience, educational level is done before the hiring decisions. Our consultants have at least master level educational qualifications in their respective fields. However, We do not recruit persons who only have academic qualifications. Minimum of 10-year work experience (in the relevant field) is required to become a Team MEMBER consultant.
